You know that its ramadan when you see trays lined with sheets of prepared rolls and samosas. An iftar table is simply not considered complete without these crunchy decadent treats. Not only does this sight take me back down the memory lane, but also they have this huge sense of accomplishment and fulfillment associated with them, paired with the complete satisfaction that with these on hand; iftar will be a breeze.
